This survey is designed to understand the challenges of recording, analysing, and understanding Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) in the supply chain, as well as exploring the tools and techniques to address these challenges.

Those taking part will be entered into a prize draw to win a luxury home cooking experience from Nico Simeone, or a donation to a charity of your choice. A winner will be chosen at random once the survey is closed.

Data from the survey will be anonymised and analysis of the results will be shared with participants through a whitepaper.
