Code of Safe Working Practices (CoSWP) survey

Introduction

We are seeking the views of members about the Code of Safe Working Practices (CoSWP).

Please complete the survey by Friday 23rd April 2021.

The results are anonymous, and will be used by RMT in our continued discussions with the MCA about CoSWP.

The survey is very short - it will only take a couple of mins at most to complete.

4.Upon completing your familiarisation onboard, were you advised where the CoSWP could be found?
5.Is the document fit for purpose? 
6.Is the document in "plain English"
7.Is there anything missing from the CoSWP in your opinion?
8.Have you viewed it digitally or in hard copy?
9.In what form would you like the physical version (loose-bound? A4? A5?)
10.Would you prefer it in digital form, physical form, or both?
11.Would a shorter version with key highlights be helpful for quick reference?
