Good Life, Good Death, Good Grief: Support and Resources

Good Life, Good Death, Good Grief is an alliance of people and organisations working to make Scotland a place where people help each other through the difficult times that can come with death, dying, loss and care.

We provide networking opportunities, resources and practical support to individuals, groups and organisations who want to improve local experiences of death, dying, loss and care.  We are particularly interested supporting and enabling communities to identify their own needs and take action to address them.

We are exploring what we can do that would be of most help in current times.  As someone who is involved in this area of work (either in a personal or professional capacity) we'd be grateful for your views.  The following survey should take approximately 3 minutes to complete.
1.What is your name? (optional)
2.In what role are you filling out this survey?
3.Have you signed up to the Scottish Compassionate Community Network?
4.Thinking about your work relating to death, dying, loss and care in the local community, which areas do you think you'd most like to focus on over the next year? Tick as many as you like.
5.Because of current restrictions around face-to-face gatherings, we're thinking about what support and resources GLGDGG can provide online, via video conferencing and through the post.  These could be on a range of different topics, as explored in question 4.

What of the following do you think you or your community would be most likely to access? (tick as many as you like)
6.What else could GLGDGG provide that might help you with your local work? Tick as many boxes as you like.
7.Which of the following are you able to access?
8.How would you prefer to access print resources?
9.Please leave any other suggestions or comments here (please add your email address if you'd like us to get back to you on anything specific):

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey and help us shape Good Life, Good Death, Good Grief activity!
