BPF Residential ESG Experience & Sentiment Survey

What is the purpose of this survey?
This survey seeks to better understand the UK institutional residential real estate industry's ESG momentum. Your answers to this survey will be kept anonymous and no personal information is required from you. The findings of this survey will help the BPF, other trade bodies, the industry and the third party ESG product and service market better understand the state of play in industry, as well as the challenges in embedding ESG strategies in the institutional PRS/Build-to-Rent. What is ESG?
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) refers to the three central factors in a commonly applied framework to define the impact of business investment across most sectors of the economy. In a residential real estate setting, an ESG approach can measure the performance of housing activities for multiple audiences, including investors.
