During National Lock down we aim to hear each child read once a week via a Microsoft Teams call. So that we can arrange a time which is most likely to work for your family could you please select from the following. We can't guarantee to be able to offer the time selected, but we can do our best to try. (Please do not complete this survey if your child is attending school)
