Local Connection- whilst you do not need a local connection to Gloucester City to be eligible to register, your local connection status to a certain area may affect your eligibility to any available plots which arise in these areas if sites are brought forward as Affordable schemes,  as they may be subject to restrictions contained in the agreed Section 106 for the site.
