Proposals for improving security on Thetford Town Council's open spaces

Thetford Town Council has spent thousands of pounds over the years on the removal of illegal encampments, abandoned horses and fly tipping. The proposals in this survey are designed to prevent and discourage this anti-social behaviour.  The Town Council is also considering some  improvements to our open space car parks. The proposals are limited to sites owned by the Town Council. The Town Council are seeking the views of residents and would welcome ideas of how we can tackle these issues in the town.
This first section is about Barnham Cross Common which is a nationally important site of special scientific interest because of the rare plants that grow there.
