Moving On From CAMHS

Introduction

We would like your help in finding the right type of support for young people leaving CAMHS at 18 years and I’m hoping you will help me identify what that support should be.

To help me please would you access the following link which will take you through to a short questionnaire and would you answer the questions asked. You do not have to answer all of the questions if you don’t want to.

It should take you about 10 minutes to complete all of it and your answers will be confidential. The questionnaire asks for two things:

· Your advice on developing workshops to support young people; and

· Your advice on the type of information and support and how young people should get it
