Introduction
Thank you for agreeing to take part in this survey. It should take about 5 minutes to complete and your responses are anonymous. If you are under the age of 16, your parent/carer must complete this with you.
The LTA/Tennis Scotland is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable tennis environment in all venues. We are evaluating the effectiveness of safeguarding measures in place at Albury Community Sports Hub Tennis and the purpose of this survey is to seek your feedback. Your views and opinions are vitally important to achieving this.
Please note: this survey is part of a process that involves all clubs across GB
The LTA/Tennis Scotland is administering this survey and will be collating the results. A summary of the results will be shared with the venue in order to help them work on areas that require improvement.
Please be assured that your responses are anonymous and so we encourage you to be honest and frank.
Whilst responses are anonymous, please note that if a safeguarding issue is identified, it may be necessary for the LTA/Tennis Scotland to make efforts to contact the respondents to try and ascertain further details. Therefore, if you do have a safeguarding concern, you can report this to the LTA (anonymously, if you wish) using our dedicated and secure online reporting page: https://safeguardingconcern.lta .org.uk/_(https://safeguardingconcern.lta.org.uk/).
