Wellmoor - Unpaid Carers Survey

1. Welcome

Wellmoor is the health and wellbeing arm of the Moretonhampstead Development Trust. We carry our activities across North East-Dartmoor to support people to live happy, health and fulfilling lives.

Being in a caring role can take its toll on both mental and physical health and has the potential to become increasingly challenging over time.

This survey has been put together to give us a better understanding of what we could do to support unpaid carers in our area. It takes around 7 minutes to complete.
