Consent to Walk Home

* 1. I have a child taking classes at PDS who is under the age of 11. I give consent for my child to leave the studio at the end of the class to either meet me in the carpark or to make their own way home. I confirm that I have deemed my child responsible enough and have explained safety to my child. I understand that it is the responsibility of the guardian and not the school once my child has left PDS
