Flight Charges Survey

Have you gone to the airport to go on holiday and been forced to pay additional charges before you get on the plane?

I'm concerned that some airlines are forcing consumers to pay charges that are unfair. And if I'm right, I think you deserve a refund.

Please let me know if you've been made to do this.
