We are conducting a survey to understand your view about quality improvement at NELFT and to identify what is working well from a directorate perspective and also main areas where we need to make changes in order to provide you and your team a better support with your improvement ideas or projects. Your feedback is very important for us to continue making sustainable improvements within our Trust and for the NHS.

Quality Improvement Services at NELFT actively support and work alongside NELFT and external NHS colleagues, irrespective of their job, role, and banding, to develop their improvement ideas using the QI methodology to make a positive change within their service.
