Could you help with our research?

This research involves an interview of up to 60 minutes with independent researchers Collaborate Research. The interview would be scheduled at a time to suit you during July and would be conducted by telephone or video call. 
Anything you say during this interview remains confidential and would not be identifiable to you. All participants will be offered a payment of £100 for their time.  
If you are willing to be considered for this project and have an active role in the day-to-day management of a practice, please complete the form below.  
Please note, respondents will be selected based on a number of characteristics to ensure we have a good spread of demographics. ABDO employees are not eligible for this project.  
1.Please confirm that you manage an optical business day-to-day, e.g. as an owner of an independent or small chain, or a practice manager of larger chain.(Required.)
2.Please confirm that you are not an employee of ABDO. (Please note that this exemption applies to direct employees only; you would still be eligible to participate if you are engaged by ABDO as an examiner, tutor or practice visitor).

4.What type of practice do you work in?
5.What is your role in the practice or branch?
6.How many employees in total work in your practice or branch? Please enter a number as digits e.g. 10 rather than ten.
7.How many dispensing opticians (DOs) does your practice currently employ, if any? Please enter a number as digits e.g. 10 rather than ten, 0 rather than zero or none.
8.Are you a GOC registrant?
9.Are you currently engaged by ABDO as an examiner, tutor or practice visitor? This does not exclude you from the research.
