Aspire - Celebrating the Successes of Young People
We’re looking to recognise a significant contribution that a person aged 25 or under has made to the success of an organisation. We’d like to hear from the business itself on behalf of an employee. Entrants must be aged 25 or under on the 1st December 2016 to be eligible to enter.
The judges will be looking at:
- Evidence that the individual uses their own initiative to deliver results
- Evidence of having undertaken learning to improve their knowledge and performance in the role
- Entrepreneurial skills or the ability to work collaboratively within the business
- Enthusiasm of the entrant for their role within the company
- Evidence that they have the ability to become a significant contributor to the organisation and/or the wider business community
