At Imperial Health Charity, we are always striving to help our hospitals do more. You can support our work by completing The Big Charity Survey 2022. It should take 4 minutes to complete the 15 questions. Your responses will be kept anonymous.

At the end of the survey you can enter your NHS email address for a chance to win one of three £50 Love2shop gift cards, which can be used at a range of high street retail shops - such as Boots, River Island & PizzaExpress.
Only members of staff at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust with an NHS email address are eligible to enter the Prize Draw. Personal email accounts will not be accepted. The survey closes at midnight on 8 August.
