This questionnaire is for churches in the Diocese of Lincoln wishing to change their stated Church Type.
For your church, there will be a new answer to the question: "What type of church is God calling us to be in the next four to five years?".
Submission of this questionnaire requires the approval of the PCC/DCC and incumbent/rural dean.
The updated church types will be shared with the Deanery Partnerships and updated maps will be produced at regular intervals.
