Connects - Childcare Provision

*Expression of interest*

For Connects 2023, we are offering childcare provision for up to 18 x 0-8 year olds. If you would like to be considered for this provision, please complete the short form with your details.

The deadline for expressing an interest is Friday 8 September. Completing this form does not guarantee you will secure a childcare place(s). 

We will be in touch with everyone who has expressed an interest by Friday 15 September to advise if you have secured a childcare place(s) or not. If you are successful, you will be asked to complete a second longer form about the child(ren) who will attend the setting, which covers questions such as support needs, dietary requirements, medication, allergies etc.
