Thank you for choosing to support the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre by buying our Christmas cards.
 
We have a lovely range of ten different designs with something for everyone.
 
Cards cost just £3.70 for a pack of ten cards. 
 
Simply let us know on this form which packs you require.
 
You can either;
  • pick your cards up in the Centre and pay on collection
  • have cards posted to you and we will contact you to arrange payment
Postage will be an additional £3.95.
 
You will be able to fill out your contact details at the end of this form.
 
There is also the opportunity on this form to reserve your tickets in this year's Big Charity Draw, where the top prize is £1,000 in John Lewis vouchers!
