Age-friendly Employer Pledge

The Age-friendly Employer Pledge is a nationwide programme for UK employers who recognise the importance and value of older workers. Employers commit to improving work for people in their 50s and 60s and taking the necessary action to help them flourish in a multigenerational workforce.

When you submit this form you are signing the Age-friendly Employer Pledge and are joining a network of like-minded employers who have committed to taking continued action become more age-friendly. By completing this form you agree to the Terms and Conditions
