Have your say in the future of Become Introduction About this surveyThank you for taking part in this survey about the future of Become. We want to gather the views of children in care and young care leavers on what we should be focusing on as a charity over the next five years. The survey will take about ten minutes to complete. The answers we receive from this survey will help us to write our new strategy - a plan of action for Become which says what we are going to do to make life better for children in care and how we are going to do it.We will not collect your name or other personal information about you (other than your age), so all responses we collect will be anonymous.Who is this survey for? This survey is for anyone who has had recent experience of the care system. You might still be in care at the minute and living with a foster carer or in a children's home, or you might have recently left care. You do not need to know anything about Become to do the survey. This survey is aimed at children in care and young care leavers up to the age of 25. If you're older than this, we'd still love to get your views on the future of Become. Please visit www.becomecharity.org.uk/strategy for further information on how to share your views.Where can I go to for help?If you have issues about your own care that you want to speak to someone about, you can call the Become Care Advice Line on 0800 023 2033 or email us at advice@becomecharity.org.uk.
