Research Purpose and Survey

In this research project, the HR Analytics ThinkTank is attempting to identify the decisions that HR professionals are making in relation to Performance and Reward management, the questions they would like answered using data, and more. By looking at the types of questions being asked and by what HR professionals, we aim to expose the decision-architecture of organisations.

We will then look at how analytics and data can be used to answer these questions.

This study will explore the following questions: 
  1. What are the most common decisions being made in organisations related to performance and reward management?
  2. How can HR analytics add value in performance and reward management decisions?
  3. How often organisations take a data driven approach to guide such decisions and at what Level?
  4. What kind of metrices/tools or technologies are used to carry out such decisions within an organisation?

Ethics and privacy statement

Though we will be collecting personal details, the project is focused on experiences of HR and business professionals and not on individuals. Data collected will only be reviewed by our research team, its academic partners and other parties required to deliver our research goals. Outside of this immediate team, only aggregated summary results will be shared. Your data will be stored in accordance with 3n Strategy's privacy policy, which founded, owns and manages all ThinkTank activity.
