1. Nature Friendly Verges - About You
Thank you for providing your feedback on Bromley Council’s Nature Friendly Verges pilot.
Bromley Council undertook a two-year trial of a new nature friendly management regime for grass verges across the borough. By allowing these verges to grow it was found they acted as wildlife corridors to connect habitats and greenspaces, increased floral diversity and increased pollinator habitats.
Upon review of the results from these trials, the Council has decided to convert additional sites to Nature Friendly Verges as part of a 2nd trial. This survey seeks your views on the trial with the feedback helping the Council to decide what action will be taken once it comes to an end.
You can find out more about the pilot and why the Council has decided to proceed with the trial on our website.
