Thank you for joining us for the 15th Annual European CME Forum. 

We are always keen to try new things, improve ideas that work, and re-think or remove parts that are not working so well. This survey is for all participants, both delegates and faculty. As you will have seen with the reporting during 15ECF it is really important for planning our future activities. We have deliberately left it a few weeks to allow you time to reflect on how useful the meeting was for you.
