The history of a carnival in Prestwich can be traced back 100 years. We are a constituted ‘not-for-profit’ community group made up of a small committed group of volunteers that plan the annual carnival through the streets of Prestwich. Our aim is to create and foster community spirit, as well as maintain and celebrate this historic and cultural tradition.
