RURAL PROOFING FOR HEALTH TOOLKIT (2020) |
SHORT SURVEY OF RHCA MEMBERS AND OTHERS
The National Centre for Rural Health and Care (NCRHC) has commissioned Rural England CIC (supported by the Nuffield Trust) to produce an up-to-date version of the Rural Proofing for Health Toolkit. This will be an online tool to help health and care service providers take account of the needs of their rural populations and to develop appropriate services which are accessible to them.
This short survey (of seven questions) aims to collect information about the challenges and opportunities you face as an organisation delivering services to rural populations i.e. those living in small towns, villages, hamlets and farms. The information gathered will be used to help decide on the scope and content of the Toolkit: to ensure it is relevant for potential users.
The NCRHC and Rural England CIC would very much like to hear the perspective of your organisation. Please be assured your personal details will be treated confidentially and we will not publish or share (outside the project team) any information that could identify a person or organisation responding to the survey without first seeking and gaining their consent. If you have a question about the project it can be sent to info@ruralengland.org
