Welcome to Sammons Pensions Recruitment Annual Salary Survey – now in its 23rd year of publication.

We very much appreciate your contribution and feedback to what we believe is the most comprehensive, in-depth remuneration survey of the UK Occupational Pensions industry. We are interested to see the continuing impact the recent pandemic, global economic challenges, inflation pressures and cost of living has had on the industry and those working within it.

Any comments you make in this questionnaire will be treated in confidence, and only drawn upon to compile the survey results.

All participants receive a free copy of the survey when released early 2025 and be entered into a prize draw.
