Provision of prehabilitation for patients awaiting upper abdominal surgery in the United Kingdom: A national survey for Allied Health Professionals

This survey is intended to be completed by physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other allied health professionals who work with patients who are undergoing upper abdominal surgery within their hospital (either before surgery, or postoperatively in a hospital or community setting).

The purpose of the survey is to explore current prehabilitation provision within the United Kingdom. We would like to gather some information about whether you currently offer prehabilitation and, if you do, what this service looks like.  No personal information will be collected and geographic information is only used to explore regional and national variations in practice.

If you have any queries regarding this survey, please contact Fu Foong Wong (MSc student) fu.wong.18@ucl.ac.uk or Harriet Shannon (project supervisor) h.shannon@ucl.ac.uk
