Survey on unpaid work by disabled artists/artsworkers

Have you ever been asked to do something for nothing in relation to access/disability inclusion for an arts organisation, arts project or artist? We are aware that in the cultural sector, disabled artists, facilitators and others are sometimes asked to do something for no fee or no transparent exchange (ie. where you might be given something such as mentoring, space, support instead of money).

Have you experienced this? Here are 10 short questions which should take around 5 minutes to fill in. There will be paid opportunities to tell us about your experiences in more depth.
