Vital Signs North East survey
Vital Signs North East, from the Community Foundation Tyne & Wear and Northumberland
, is designed to inform the work of charitable donors, grant-making bodies, front-line charities and community organisations, and all those wishing to support them. It covers our whole region: Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, County Durham and the Tees Valley.
Vital Signs
draws on statistics and published research, but the input of our area’s people is what brings it to life. In 2024, Vital Signs will cover 10 themes, with reports on each published during the coming year. There’ll also be an overview summarising the main findings.
We want your help to identify what our reports should cover by completing this survey. You don’t have to comment on every theme, just those that interest you. We know statistics and published research don’t always tell the whole story, so this survey is about understanding what’s important to people who live, work and play here.
We’d also like to know a little bit about you, and whether you’d like to be involved in further consultations over the coming year. The information you provide may be used in our reports, but we will never attribute anything you say to you individually without your express written permission.
Your views and ideas on our Vital Signs themes
We’d like to hear your views on what you think are the main issues we should cover in each of the themes. And – above all – what role you think charitable donors and funders, and the charities and community organisations they support, should play.
We suggest responses should be a maximum of 100 words long.
