Warm Spots – Westmorland and Furness |
Section 1
Warm Spots are community-based initiatives providing a warm space and a warm welcome to anyone impacted by the cost-of-living crisis. They may alternatively be called Warm Spaces, Warm Hubs or Warm Welcomes.
We are creating a website to help people to find appropriate Warm Spots or similar in their local communities.
If your organisation is running a Warm Spot or similar and you would like it to be included, please complete the form below.
Please note – the basic requirements of a Warm Spot are listed below:
- A warm, heated space
- Company (“a warm welcome”) and at least one member of staff/volunteer
- A warm drink (free or at cost)
- Open for at least 2 hours each week
Whilst this form looks long, please don’t worry it is simple to complete and consists mostly of tick box information.
