Introduction

During Covid-19, Lambeth Council introduced schemes within the Waterloo area to provide more space to walking and cycling in response to the health emergency. The measures have been positively received locally and therefore Lambeth are looking to expand these interventions to help further improve the local area and respond to the climate emergency.
 
In order to ensure that the strategies and designs can accommodate business needs and support the businesses positively, we are seeking to understand more about delivery and servicing activities of local businesses.
