Winter pressures survey - impact on elective surgery

This survey is designed to provide a snapshot of elective surgery pressures during the current winter period. Please answer the questions with reference to how your Trust was performing as of Thursday 12 January. We would be grateful if you could complete this survey by 9.00 am Monday 16 January as any meaningful results are likely to be released to the media.
