* 12. We have received a high level of interest in the Cornwall AONB FiPL programme, which means that we seeking the very best projects to take forward for funding. If alternative funding is available for your proposals we may well recommend you pursue that funding instead. We are looking for projects which will deliver some or all of the following:

Innovation – new ways of doing things, or working with communities and other farmers and landowners

Additionality – we’re looking for projects where people are really trying to do something new and different with their farm business which will deliver against the FiPL objectives of People/Place/Nature/Climate – rather than seeking funding for ‘business as usual’.

Projects which link up habitats or landscape features across the landscape, beyond your farm boundaries

Projects which will reduce farm inputs, and nurture healthy soils

Please provide a short description of your idea, where possible linking in with these priorities and providing information on what the funding would be spent on. If you feel your project doesn’t meet these priorities by all means still submit an EOI as we may be able to discuss your ideas with you, and we wouldn’t want to miss any valuable ideas.
