2. When you launch a survey using SurveyMonkey Audience, it joins other open surveys that will be promptly assigned to respondents.
3. In the US, you can choose High Priority to ensure that your audience answers your survey first.
4. We deliver your audience from one of two sources.
In the US, our Contribute programme recruits survey participants from the millions of people who take surveys every day on SurveyMonkey. The panellists donate their time and we donate $0.50 per survey to a charity of their choice.
Outside the US, we work with trusted survey panel companies to find survey participants in over 130 countries.
5. Panellists take surveys.
We send panellists email invitations to take a survey.
If the survey capacity has been reached, a router assigns the panellist to another survey in real time.
6. You can also shape the balance of your sample using criteria such as gender or age. For example, you might want the percentage of female respondents to be higher than the average percentage of women in the population. We close off each group as soon as you have as many respondents as you need.
