Our Net Promoter Score sample survey template is designed to make it easy to understand how satisfied your customers are. Net promoter scores are produced by asking respondents to rate the likelihood that they would refer your business to someone else, using a scale from 0 to 10. Using your customers’ answers, you can identify the percentage of customers who would promote you and use this number to gauge your performance over time. You can also customise our NPS template to suit your product offering or to ask additional questions in order to understand your customers even better.
