We’re looking for the Local Authority Local Land Charges departments that display the very best levels of customer service.  If you regularly deal with a LLC team that gives you an impressive level of customer service, we want to hear from you. Nominate them by filling out the form below and telling us how they go above and beyond your expectations.  
 
Again this year we will have a winner for district councils, one for metropolitan councils and one for unitary councils, giving us more opportunities to celebrate exceptional teams across England and Wales.  
 
Judges will take into account the number and quality of nominations for each council, so please take around 15 minutes to think about how your local land charge team supports you and your customers.  

Everyone who nominates a local authority will be entered into a prize draw to win £50 M&S vouchers!
