We strive to be transparent about our hiring practices and accountable for our progress. We create resources that allow other companies supporting inclusion and equal opportunity to gather critical data, and we also regularly survey our own team to ensure that we’re listening to every employee.
OUR COMMUNITIES
We believe in giving back. Through volunteer work, charitable giving and partnerships with purpose-driven organisations, we empower employees and customers to make a meaningful impact.
Employees involved with charities in their personal lives can nominate an organisation for a one-year complimentary SurveyMonkey account.
We are proud to match employees’ contributions to non-profits, doubling the support for organisations that they care about.
In addition to our annual Week of Service, our ‘Dollars for Doers’ programme grants funds for every hour an employee volunteers at an eligible non-profit.
SurveyMonkey Contribute has raised more than $17 million (approx. £13 million) for causes such as social justice, animal welfare, education and more. For every survey that respondents complete, we donate $0.50 (approx. £0.40) to the non-profit of their choice.

We’re a global company and we take our environmental responsibility seriously. We minimise our environmental footprint by prioritising resource efficiency, carbon reduction and waste minimisation.
Sustainability is central to our philanthropy: we invest in organisations tackling environmental issues and reducing impact at both the organisational and individual level.
As part of our greenhouse gas reduction strategy, we promote sustainable transportation globally, offering employees C.H.O.I.C.E. funds for public transport. In 2023, we fully offset our scope 2 emissions by purchasing Energy Attribute Certificates for 100% renewable electricity.
