Our newest features help you connect SurveyMonkey with your favourite business apps, gain deeper insight across multiple surveys and send hyper-personalised survey invitations.

CONNECT

Introducing SurveyMonkey Connect, our built-in hub of business app integrations. Find your favourite apps, connect them to SurveyMonkey and set up quick actions to put your survey responses to work, without switching between tools.

Set up notifications that automatically send the right survey responses to the right team members in Slack or Microsoft Teams channels so that they can act faster.

SurveyMonkey Connect, Slack and Microsoft Teams are available on all plans. Microsoft Excel is available on Advantage, Premier, Team and Enterprise plans.

ANALYSE

Now, you can export combined data from multiple surveys in CSV or XLSX format. Whether you’re using Excel, a BI tool or a custom workflow, this added flexibility makes it easier to choose where and how you analyse your data.

Exports from multi-survey dashboards are available to SurveyMonkey Enterprise customers using our US Data Centre.

INTEGRATIONS

Create and send hyper-personalised survey invitations using your Salesforce data. Automatically trigger email invites based on Salesforce updates, such as when a customer support case is closed. Also, hear from more customers by making contact at the right time.

The Salesforce integration is an add-on that is available for SurveyMonkey Enterprise.

MARKET RESEARCH

Our TURF (Total Unduplicated Reach and Frequency) analysis tool automatically ranks combinations based on two key metrics: reach and frequency. Evaluate the appeal of different combinations of features, products or messages within your target audience.
