You may have noticed that our website headers and footers, the areas at the top and bottom of every page, have changed recently. These improvements are part of an ongoing effort to provide access to new and relevant information where ever you may be on SurveyMonkey, while keeping the overall navigation experience on our site as simple as possible.
What’s Changed
If you are not logged in to the site, you will notice that there is now a menu under “Examples” and “Resources” that allows you to navigate directly to a specific section of each area. We made this change to make it easier to find the information most relevant to you.
When you are signed in, you will notice that we have added “Resources” in the global header. Now you can see examples of surveys for our most common use cases when signed in. We hope these examples help you as you create your surveys.
Additionally, to keep the top navigation simple and consistent, we have moved “My Account” to a menu which you can access by clicking on your username (or email address) in the top right.
Lastly, at the bottom of every page, you will notice the footer now displays all of our available languages right on the page. Did you know the Monkey speaks 14 languages? Just click on a language and the page will refresh—completely translated. This new footer is also available if you are signed in to the site.
We hope you’ll find that all these changes provide more relevant content when you need it, while keeping the overall navigation of our site clean and simple.
As always, your feedback is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to leave a comment below and let us know if, indeed, these changes have made a positive difference in your SurveyMonkey experience or if you have any suggestions on how else we can improve.
