Updates to our Terms and Policies

You can review a summary of our revised terms and policies below. While we've highlighted the changes that we think are the most relevant to our users, we recommend you review the full documents.  

Updates to our Terms of Use ("TOU"):

  • We have updated our language around data retention and deletion when your account is downgraded from a paid to a basic account. We are in the process of implementing changes to that retention policy so that customers will have greater control over the retention period for their data.

Updates to our Data Processing Agreement, International Data Center Overview, and Privacy Notice:

  • In our Data Processing Agreement, we have clarified that you have 15 calendar days in which to object to any changes to our subprocessor list. 
  • In our International Data Center Overview page, we have clarified what options we have for data residency in the United States and added clarification on other locations where data processing takes place to support our services. 
  • In our Privacy Notice, we have clarified the retention period for GetFeedback Digital data and SurveyMonkey response overage data. 

Updates for our Contribute and Rewards Panelists 

  • We have added language clarifying the availability of our services and eligibility to use our services.
