Humans still matter. Listen to them.
This belief has guided SurveyMonkey since we launched in 1999, when we democratized human feedback. A self-serve platform with an approachable wide-eyed monkey logo, it replaced expensive paper surveys and telephone polls.
For the first time, teams of any size could get feedback and better understand their key constituents at scale.
Today, that belief is more urgent than ever. There is a growing expectation among company leaders that AI can solve their hardest problems. Teams are asking it what products to build, what advertising will work, how to increase sales, and more.
AI is a force multiplier and makes businesses more efficient, but it can’t replace human opinions, thoughts, and feelings. It can’t tell you if your customers are satisfied or how your employees feel about the recent reorg. Those are core insights and relevant context, necessary to make confident decisions.
That is why I’m excited to introduce the biggest evolution in SurveyMonkey's history.
We’ve redesigned the platform with powerful new capabilities to make it easier for businesses to listen to and understand the people who matter most to them.
Because humans still matter. Listen to them.
What makes Today's SurveyMonkey different
Today's SurveyMonkey is designed around how scaling organizations actually make decisions: quickly, collaboratively, and with real stakes attached. Here are the key capabilities that make this possible.
Nearly 30 years of data is an advantage
SurveyMonkey has been helping people ask better questions since the Y2K era. Millions of professionals have used our platform, and billions of questions have flowed through it.
That history matters. It gives us a depth of proprietary data and survey expertise you can’t find anywhere else. And now, AI allows us to put that advantage to work for our customers, helping them build better surveys, faster, and get to the answers they need.

Today’s launch expands our AI offerings with conversational AI. You can chat with SurveyMonkey to build and refine your survey as your thinking evolves. And once the responses come in, keep the conversation going by asking questions about your results to uncover insights and understand what they mean.
From a single survey to continuous listening
People’s feelings and opinions change, just as policies, culture, and technology do. The ground can shift quickly, and what you thought you knew about your customers, employees, or market is probably not true anymore.

That’s why we’ve introduced programs, unified collections of surveys designed to help you deeply understand key areas of your business.
Whether it’s brand health, customer satisfaction, or employee engagement, our expertly designed programs make it easier to keep a pulse on your key constituents, understand how sentiment is changing over time, and take action.
And now, you can see those insights in one place. The new programs dashboard brings everything together so you can track trends, collaborate across teams, and get a holistic view of what’s happening.
Integrated into your everyday workflow
We worked hard to bring SurveyMonkey into the platforms where you’re already working. Now this includes your favorite LLMs.
With the SurveyMonkey connector, you can create, edit, and share surveys directly inside Claude and ChatGPT, making your entire feedback workflow conversational.
You can also upload the survey results gathered through SurveyMonkey directly to those platforms, combining human insights with broader business context to help you act with confidence.
And because Employee Experience is one of the top reasons organizations turn to us, we’re soon bringing SurveyMonkey into the tools HR teams already use, with integrations for Workday and BambooHR.
A new look and feel
We believe being distinctly human matters especially as AI makes more digital experiences look and feel the same.

Our new visual identity is a more accessible experience designed to help people navigate, learn, and build with confidence.
We have a refreshed warmer color palette, and new illustrations that bring more humanity to the experience. You’ll see it everywhere, from our website, to our new Learning Lab, to the SurveyMonkey product itself.
Built for organizations where the stakes are real
We’re calling this moment Today’s SurveyMonkey because “today” signals there was a yesterday, a nod to a history we’re proud of.
It is also a nod to the fact that this platform has evolved significantly to now helping businesses big and small tackle decisions where the stakes are real. We’re proud to help companies like Noom launch bold new products with confidence, and Ryanair (named “the world’s most successful airline”) keep a constant pulse on the 160 million people they serve each year.
Today is an invitation to take another look at what SurveyMonkey can do now, when human insights matter more than ever.
The technology has changed. The belief that started it all hasn’t.
Humans still matter. Listen to them.
