You can send out this survey annually or biannually to track how employee sentiment is changing and to uncover how, if applicable, initiatives are affecting your organisation’s culture.

Feel free to edit our organisational culture survey template to better suit your needs. For example, if diversity and inclusion is a priority at your organisation, add a few more questions about that topic; and if decision making is less of a concern, remove any questions that are related to it. Finally, if you’d like to filter your responses by department, job level or by any other background-type variables, we recommend that you ask for the information on a separate page, at the end of your survey.
